Boy, am I lucky. Having spent my school years exploring such courses as 19th Century British Literature, Cultural Psychology, Creative Writing, and Journalism, I wasn’t exactly primed for a high-level career. Or any career, for that matter. I never thought of becoming a Graphic Designer. I thought I was going to be a professional motocross racer or a legendary rock star, but fear of jumping triples and being tone-deaf like a clueless American Idol early round contestant forced me to choose another direction. I applied for a job in publishing at the same university where I had received my English degree and soon Graphic Design found me.
I’m glad it did. My talents as a Graphic Designer and Writer have brought me back to the racing industry. I provide tools that help athletes of all action sports “show-off” their talents and communicate with sponsors.
