AGV HELMETS RACER SUPPORT PROGRAM APPLICATION

AGV Helmets is offering a competition support program to qualified racers who are actively competing in any recognized US road-racing series. Additionally, this program supports recognized dirt track/flat track series as well.

This program is designed to reduce the costs of racing while providing the private Racer with top quality equipment. In addition, riders participating in this program may be eligible for posted contingencies and depending on individual performance, media coverage attained and image portrayed, for possible direct product sponsorship.

Any products purchased via the AGV Racer Support Program are only for the use of racer. Any abuse of this policy will be just reason to terminate the agreements of this program. We reserve the right to refuse any order from any selected racer.

Requirements:

For this agreement to be binding, the above mentioned Racer must do the following:

1. Complete the application form in full. Application must be signed to validate the agreement. By signing this application this releases riders photographs and images for use in press releases and advertisements.
2. Display AGV decals on motorcycles, ATVs, and patches on leather suit if applicable.
3. Racer must submit a photocopy of all applicable licenses of the serie he is competing.
4. Racer will submit a tentative race schedule for the season.
5. Racer will submit a quarterly report of race results.
6. Racer must agree to keep all AGV Racer Support Program prices confidential.
7. Racer will submit any clippings from newspapers/magazine coverage.
8. All orders must be placed through Dainese USA, Inc.
   

Racer will be contacted upon approval of this application. Racer will also be assigned an exclusive AGV
Racer Support # and will also receive an AGV Racer Support Package.
