RIDER SUPPORT PROGRAM:
Factory Connection supports amateur and professional riders in SX, MX, GNCC , WORCS, ENDURO, HARE SCRAMBLE, DESERT, disciplines
Following are guidelines / helpful hints for consideration into our Rider Support Program.
How and Where to send?
We accept resumes September 1st - December 31st.
Resumes should be either mailed to us thru the mail system or submitted thru Hookit.com
(please do not fax / e-mail unless specifcally asked to by us)
IF you submit to us thru Postal Service, please send all USA resumes to:

Resumes should be professional looking including name, address, phone #, e-mail address, and all important info regarding past results, current results, future program/plans, how we can help you and how you can promote us... and of course a racing picture. (Current Support Riders must re-apply each year ... PLEASE)
Acceptance into Program!
If you submit your resume by mail system :
You'll receive an acceptance package in the mail during October - December depending when you submitted your resume .
Read the materials contained, sign contract and return to solidify your spot in the program. Specify IF you need decals for your forks, shock, helmet etc. It is your responsibilty to request decals, display on bike/apparel. (Even if suspension is stock or have a practice bike as well)
Contracts must be signed and returned via fax or mail system by Jan 15th 2010!
If you submit your resume by Hook it ((Hookit.com) (formerly sponsorhouse.com :
You will receive an acceptance response thru Hook it. (formerly sponsorhouse.com)
Read the acceptance letter, print and sign the document which contains a contract. Please sign contract to solidify your spot in the program. * We do our best to help as many riders as possible within our support program budget. We work very hard to read each resume thoroughly and respond in a timely fashion. Keep in mind we receive thousands of resumes each year.
